The administrative component of the District of Lillooet is headed by the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), who is appointed by and reports to Council.
The CAO directs and manages the daily administration of the District and in this capacity, ensures the delivery of high quality services in a timely, responsible and cost effective manner.
Functions include agenda preparation and circulation, meeting notices, preparation and safekeeping of minutes, administrative assistance and support, maintenance of policy manual, bylaws, procedures manuals. Administers various contracts, licenses, leases and provides executive support for Mayor and Council. Special projects as assigned.
